In these Terms of Service, "Company," "DevLaunch Labs," "we," "us," or "our" refers to DevLaunch Labs. "Service" refers to our website and the sale of developer starter kits, SaaS frameworks, and platform foundations. "User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity purchasing a license to use our software products.

2. License Terms

All products sold on this website are digital software packages licensed, not sold, to the purchaser.

Upon successful purchase, DevLaunch Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to use the starter kit for one (1) single end-product or project. You are permitted to modify the source code to fit the needs of your specific application.

• You may not redistribute, sub-license, or resell the source code as a standalone framework.
• The license is tied to the purchasing entity and cannot be shared across multiple organizations.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through PCI compliant payment providers. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

• Digital Delivery: Products are delivered as instant digital downloads or secure repository access immediately following payment confirmation. Access instructions are sent via the email address provided during checkout.
• Refunds: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital source code, all sales are generally final once access is granted. We honor refund requests for accidental duplicate charges or verified technical issues that prevent product delivery.
• Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your statement as DevLaunch Labs Inc.

4. Acceptable Use

Our frameworks are intended for the development of legitimate business platforms. You agree not to use our software for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose that violates local or international laws.
• The creation of platforms that facilitate fraud, harassment, or the distribution of malicious software.
• Circumventing any security measures integrated into the framework or our website.

5. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account to access our developer tools, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify DevLaunch Labs immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

6. Limitation of Liability

DevLaunch Labs provides software frameworks "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall DevLaunch Labs, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific business requirements without further engineering.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevLaunch Labs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
