Upon successful purchase, DevLaunch Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to use the starter kit for one (1) single end-product or project. You are permitted to modify the source code to fit the needs of your specific application.

• You may not redistribute, sub-license, or resell the source code as a standalone framework.
• The license is tied to the purchasing entity and cannot be shared across multiple organizations.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers (Stripe). By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

• Digital Delivery: Products are delivered as instant digital downloads or repository access immediately following payment confirmation.
• Refunds: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital source code, all sales are final. We encourage users to review product documentation thoroughly before purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

Our frameworks are intended for the development of legitimate business platforms. You agree not to use our software for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose that violates local or international laws.
