Our policy regarding digital downloads, licensing, and transaction reversals.
1. Digital Product Nature
DevLaunch Labs provides high-performance developer starter kits and platform frameworks. All products sold on our website are delivered as digital downloads or via private repository access. Unlike physical goods, digital software source code cannot be "returned" once access has been granted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital source code, we generally operate a no-refund policy once the product has been downloaded or the repository has been accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires at the moment the digital content is made available to you.
3. Policy Exceptions
While we maintain a strict policy to protect our intellectual property, DevLaunch Labs may issue refunds under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same developer kit multiple times, we will refund the redundant transactions provided you notify us within 48 hours.
- Technical Download Issues: If a technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing the framework files and our engineering team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued.
- Non-Download: If you have purchased a kit but have not yet initiated a download or accessed the private repository, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Lack of technical expertise required to implement the framework.
- Change of mind after the source code has been accessed.
- Incompatibility with third-party software not listed in our technical documentation.
- Failure to review the product documentation or technical stack requirements prior to purchase.

If you experience problems with your download or believe you are eligible for an exception, please contact our support team immediately. Please include your Order ID and a detailed description of the technical issue.
